What is meant by "Civil Process Services"?

This is the term I use to refer to the traditional services that a Constable must perform by law as directed by a court.  These include serving subpoenas, evictions, and seizures.

I pledge to be an understanding Constable, but I must do these things when the time comes.

Everyone runs into hard times at some point in their lives.  These services have to be done, but they can be done with dignity and compassion.
